Great post! I love the Valley of Vision. It has deepened my prayer life and given me much rich language to pray with.

Also just so you know, many of the images/gifs used are of Muslim practes or of Muslims reading the Quran

Actually, the book is about gun manufacturers and their responsibility for deaths caused by others who sell and use guns in the USA. The decision would never happen except with a rogue jury and ultimately the decision would be reversed upon appeal. The tort bar has gone wild. Tort decisions are 2-3% of the US GDP! Just watch the ambulance chaser ads on TV. Currently the state of Ca is suing the oil and gas industry for the contribuution that oil and gas make to earth warming, wild fires and economic losses. Where would it all end? Sue the Vatican.

You didn’t mention Chief Engineer Earthside Thomas Lawrence. He is one of the main characters… by far, the most important who isn’t trapped on the Selene. Without him, Dr. Lawson wouldn’t have been able to participate, let alone help save the crew and passengers.

The alternative cover is great, but I give it a one star because the main character, Titus, is black and the cover shows white. Otherwise, the story itself is a four out of five. I was on the edge of my seat every chapter
